The W30 not only has swagger, “the best wireless video quality (period),” and style, “absolutely zero wires,” but the way in which it moves and puts on a show can only be described as captivating.
Take it and leave it
The W30 has two parts – an ultra portable wireless document camera that “sees,” and a base unit that receives and “shows” the video. Simply connect the base unit to your projector and the document camera is automatically free to move around your classroom. To the bubbling chemistry lesson. The ginormous map on the wall. The student desk with all the activity. And so on and on.
The W30 has zero commitment – to a location that is! Move it anywhere in your classroom up to 45ft. Hide objects around your classroom and play a real life game of “Where’s Waldo™?” Even step outside your room to show a close-up of the egg that gave up as it fell 100 feet in its (questionably) protective Styrofoam home.
Loves it, loves it not
The W30 works with or without a computer. Without a computer, you have a standalone system that easily displays and capture’s images of anything put underneath it. Attach a computer to the base unit, and now you have access to AVer’s exclusive AVer A+ Software Suite software that allows you record video and even upload to YouTube™, Dropbox™ and more.
If only everything was 30fps smooth…
L.g .s h..ri… We hate lag because who can fully understand or follow a lesson when gaps happen? So we don’t do it. That’s why the W30 shows only 30fps video. Smooth movement, videos and images without any bumps, lags or freezes. This way no one misses a moment of the student volcano explosion.
It’s even better at 1080p
It’s great when you have smooth and clear 30fps video. It’s even better in full 1080p HD. The W30 is the only wireless document camera that sees and shows in 30fps at 1080p. Ever fill a balloon with Brown’s gas and another with hydrogen? The difference between burning and detonation is easy to see in HD. Not to mention that after it, you will be remembered…
Mega clarity on the go
We’ve designed the W30 with 3.2 megapixels of mobile display power. So no matter where you take it or what you show underneath it, the W30 is primed to show crisp text, bright fluid images and vivid colors.
Read the fine print.
Not only does the W30 offer 16X digital zoom but, you can actually move around an image when you are zoomed in – perfect for exploring various parts of a map.
See micro worlds in action.
With the W30’s optional microscope adaptor, you can explore nature’s tiniest communities in action. Simply fit the adaptor to any standard microscope eye-piece and you can now display small worlds on big screens.
Lasts all day
With an 8 hour battery life, you can use the W30 in every lesson and demonstration without worry. It really does go on, and on, and…
Capture what you see (and do)
Simply plug a USB flash drive into the base and you can save any pictures you capture from the W30 onto it. Connect it to a computer and you can record videos of your lesson through the AVer A+ Software Suite. Use the W30 as a camcorder and record killer music videos of key lesson points. Rock on!
We know teaching doesn’t happen in just the front of the class, so we included a remote. Now you can move around while still controlling the W30. You can even pass the remote to students and allow them to take the W30 for a spin.
Built-in Auto focus
Beware of rings, wheels and other controls, because no matter how they phrase it, it is still manual focus. With one quick tap on either the base or the doc cam, the W30 auto focuses. So when moving from page to page or project to project, the W30 does all the work. Imagine if you had to manual focus all of that…
Do the robot.
With fully adjustable locking pieces, the neck and head of the W30 easily rotate, swivel and collapse for the perfect angle to display your worksheet, experiment or three dimensional objects. And if that doesn’t do the trick, just pick it up and move it around!
The compact design of the W30 document camera allows you to fold it neatly for easy storage in your desk or AV cart and can be locked down easily.

With Sphere2 it’s all about the split screen- and share-ability. Feel free to split…the screen that is. Project a live U15 image, a live web cam image, and saved images /videos side by side. Why? Show exam questions next to sample answers. How to videos next to end results. The difference between an iceberg and a glacier is simple when seen. All the while, annotate, highlight and record the presentation and when finished, Sphere2 will upload to many social media sites – YouTube, Dropbox – to share with colleagues, students and more.
With the plug-in, AVer’s U15 directly integrates into any IWB software to easily add pictures and live video. You can even use the IWB or
tabletsoftware to control the U15. That’s the power of AVer integration.
Place an AVer doc cam live image directly onto PowerPoint slides. You can even annotate over the entire slide (including the live doc cam image) as well as record the entire presentation.
